In our own laboratory we do the most common analysis of oils and fats, such as: Free fatty acids (F.F.A.%), Peroxide (P.O.V. meq/kg), Iodine Value (I.V.), NMR, Colour (Lovibond), fatty acid composition using the gaschromatograph analysis (GC).
