                            HISTORY
 
In June 1996 the physical refinery in Zaandam was opened for the purpose of supplying freshly refined oils & fats to the food industry.
                                   
In 1997 SRC was certified according to the ISO-standard by Lloyd's. Also the certificate for Organic Production Methods for the refining of organic oils & fats was awarded by Stichting SKAL.
 
Right from the start SRC Special Refining Company BV concentrated on the toll refining of vegetable (organic) oils & fats for the food industry.
 
           
 
In 2003 SRC Special Refining Company BV was certified according to the latest ISO-standard 9001:2008.
 
Besides this SRC works according to the HACCP guidelines, which are also recorded in our quality management system.
 
In 2005 SRC was certified for Organic Production Methods according to USDA-NOP by Stichting SKAL.
