        Winterisation (cold filtration)

SRC can winterise your vegetable oils. Winterisation is a process of removing components with high melting piont (e.g. waxes) from some types of vegetable oils such as sunflower oil, safflower oil or walnut oil.

The winterisation process consists in cooling these oils gradually and filtering the waxes out at low temperature in special filters.
